Are you having trouble receiving your receipt using our Tax Receipt Download tool? Here are some tips to help you:

Make sure you have selected the correct year.
Check that your email address does not include any typos.
Ensure that you are using the same email address you used when you made the initial donation. If you have more than one email address, try another address.
If you give donations monthly or have selected to receive one aggregated, roll-up receipt at the end of the year in your account, your receipt may not be available yet. You can always generate a receipt in your account at any time.
